Buildings : The College is situated in the midst of hills and valleys and idyllic milieu with spacious buildings. They include well-ventilated class rooms, laboratories, seminar halls and multi-purpose halls with a separate library building.

Laboratories:Sophisticated and separate laboratories for Educational Psychology, Physical Science, Biological Science, and English Language are available. Students use these lab facilities during their study and teaching practice.

Language Laboratory:The well equipped Language laboratory has 45 booths with 45 head-sets; computer based recording facilities, headphones, a master console and a CD player to help the students to excel in the field of communication as teachers. Students undergo training in developing language skills so that they can disseminate the same to their students in the schools. The college is also issuing Certificates for trainees who are trained through the Language laboratory. The language lab also has broadband internet connection. This helps the students to connect to the web sources for information and study. A certificate course in Spoken English is also conducted in the college.

Psychology Laboratory :The Psychology laboratory is well equipped with modern Psychological apparatus, Questionnaires, Inventories and various tools to measure and assess different traits of individuals. Students perform experiments in psychology as part of their curriculum..

Educational Technology Laboratory:The College gives primary importance to the application of Educational Technology in teaching and learning. Training is also given to students in using the technology gadgets. The ET Lab is equipped with Smart Board and L.C.D. Multi Media projector with large screen projection for multi-media presentations, Flex Camera for projecting very small figures on large screen, Over Head Projector for projecting transparencies, Video Camera, Digital Camera, T.V., D.V.D and other modern devices. Students are trained in the multimedia presentations for their lessons during the internship and teaching practice. The technological devices are used to record various events held in the campus as well as outside the college and also to display the same whenever it is required.

Computer Laboratory: The College has a well configured Computer Lab with 45 terminals. The power supply is backed up by UPS for continuous use of computers. Internet facilities are also provided to students to browse and get the latest information from web sources to update themselves in their filed of interest. The College is providing hands-on training to all the students with the help of state-of-art systems.

The library : An excellent library with more than 4056 books and 24 subscribed Educational Journals. To access the latest information available various dailies in Tamil and English, weeklies and other periodicals are available in the library. A well stacked Reference section is also available for advanced level students. The library is semi-automated with computerized catalogue and internet. The reprography facility provided extends an effective service to the student teachers. The library remains open on all working days between 9 am and 5pm.

Physical & Health Education : Physical and Health Education are the vital subjects of the curriculum and the students are given training in Yoga, First aid, Red Cross and Physical fitness. Every year a medical checkup is conducted for all the students.

Environmental Education:An elective paper is being offered for study in the curriculum. Resource persons are invited to give valuable speech and guidance in protecting nature, especially in the Nilgiris district. Pamphlets are issued for distribution to the public to create awareness about the environment. Environmental and awareness rallies are regular programmes of the college

Internship and Teaching Practice: The management has two model schools adjacent to the college for internship and teaching practice for the trainee students apart from a number of schools around the college. Students are allotted to Government, aided and private secondary and higher secondary schools as well as Anglo-Indian, Matriculation and CBSE schools during internship and teaching practice for handling various syllabi. The internship and teaching practice is held for 40 working days under the supervision of the faculty.

Guest Lecture Series: Experts in various fields of education are invited to deliver lectures on topics relevant to the curriculum.
